| | | Net Cribbage Version: 5.3 Rating:
Cribbage is a game where experience counts for a great deal - though luck, of course, has a large part. Cribbage is one of the earliest and most enduring of the classic card games. Although there is some myth as to the origin of the game, its creation is generally credited to an Englishman, Sir John Suckling (1609-1642).
Our Net Cribbage gives you a chance to play the game with computer bots or live opponents by the Internet or LAN. It is also possible to play simultaneously on two tables easily switching from game to game. For each table you can use your own preferences; select cards and cloth views; change information window settings; choose and edit the sound scheme; and much more... Cribbage is good for adults and children and could be a great family game!

| | | Lottery Optimiser Version: Rating:
The Lottery Optimiser is designed to help you finding those elusive lines that generate the most returns on your stake. It is not designed to forecast any outcome on future lottery draws, its main task is the pure analysis of past draws, to say it in other words; it is based on facts not fiction.
The Lottery Optimiser does not want you to stop playing your favoured "Birthday" numbers, because they might just turn up when you stop playing them. However, you should consider to play an additional potential line. Your stake deserves a return, and there are some number combinations that do just that, it is not just luck.
Of course a good line found does not promise instant results, but it is the continuation of playing these lines is that achieves the result. Lottery Optimiser comes with a few International Lottery databases supplied. If your lottery is not supplied, you will be able to import your own lottery data.

MeggieSoft Games Piquet is a comprehensive implementation of the highly-regarded card game dating back to the 15th century. It supports network and offline play with many customizable graphic, sound (including MIDI music and speech output), rule and scoring options. Six different computer opponent skill levels are available for when you are unable to get online, or just want to practice privately.
Piquet is a game of exchanging cards, declaring combinations, and playing tricks with the object of scoring more points than the computer opponent. Each game, or "partie", comprises 6 rounds. Piquet is one of the oldest card games and is widely regarded to be the finest and most challenging card game ever devised for two players.
Each round starts by the players exchanging some of their cards with fresh cards from the "talon" (the stock). The declaration phase follows during which the players attempt to out bid each other's Point (long suit), Sequences (runs) and Sets (three or four of the same rank). The winner in each category scores points for the winning declaration and any additional sequences or sets, respectively. Finally the cards are played as tricks, with points awarded for leading and capturing tricks.
The challenge of Piquet is to balance the exchange, the declarations and the trick winning in order to have the maximum advantage over the opponent. Special bonuses exist in both the declaration and trick phases for the artful player.
The user interface, common to all MeggieSoft Games, supports both point-and-click and drag-and-drop mouse operations.
