SwapShaker is an easy-to-use utility which allows directories to be treated similarly to inboxes in mail clients with message rules. Rules can be defined to move files when new files appear or after a certain number of files are present. The rules can move files conditionally based on the following conditions:

File Date Compared To Other Files

Once the rule identifies which files to move, the following actions can be
