Paragon CD Emulator - creates compressed compact-disk images on the hard disk and emulates physical CDROM devices which has hard disk performance. Installing Paragon CD Emulator you get up to 23 running virtual CDROM devices! Now you can use up to 23 CDs simultaneously without swapping them. The performance of CD images located on the hard drive or network drive is much higher than one of normal CDs. Now you can listen to your favorite CD without interruption and run multimedia application from virtual CD. Notebook users can save battery resources or can use additional equipment instead of CDROM drive.

Paragon CD Emulator features:
Creates CD images on the hard drive (network drive) and emulates "Virtual CD drives".
CD Emulator works with hard disk performance - no swapping, no head seeks.
Up to 20 virtual CD drives on one PC at the same time.
CD Emulator supports Data (ISO9660), Audio (CDDA, MP3), VCD, DVD and mixed-mode CDs.
Compression for images.
Image properties (including information about tracks included).
Possibility of renaming images: you can assign denotative names to your images.
Reusing images: already created images can be moved to another location (even to another computer) and then be added in CD Emulator database of images again.
Choosing driver letter for virtual drives.
Dynamic adding and removing virtual drives.
Every CD Image can be shared for many users simultaniously.
The centralized CD Image Database. Centralized control for all cd images in network. As soon CD Image is created on the network server it becomes accessible for all clients with installed CD Emualor immediately.
Works with ISO Data CDs, DVD-ROMs (more than 4 Gb now!!!), Video CDs, Multisession CDs and Mixed Mode CDs.
Hot keys B define special keys to load specific CD Image automatically.
Import & export of .ISO images and separate tracks.
Administrator settings - for example, restrictions for functions accessible on client.
"Autoinsert" feature: on each startup of operating system all virtual drives will have those images inserted, which were in them upon previous restart/shutdown.
